We have finally been offered a date to go bag packing, this will take place at the Asda Store in Kinmel Bay on Sunday 6th May. As it would be too much to ask the children to attend for the full day, we have split the day into two sessions. The first session will run between 11am-1:30pm and the second between 1:30-4pm, it does not matter which session your child attends, but if you could please let me know which session they will be attending so I have an idea of numbers for each session. Asda have specified that all children taking part in the bag packing activity must be dressed in our group uniform, this means that children must wear either a Splitz & Sequins T-Shirt or Hoodie and Black Leggings or Trousers. As children will be there for a couple of hours, it is advisable that they bring along a drink and light refreshments (as the Asda guidelines specify that children must not eat or drink at the checkouts, they will be given a short break elsewhere).
